Full membership of the CCSA is open to the shop manager and staff of a retail outlet which is under the sole control of, or operated by a trading company for the benefit of, its Chapter, Parochial Church Council or religious house of all denominations .

Shops wishing to join the CCSA, but which are not attached to Cathedrals or Churches, may wish to be considered for Associate Membership, subject to the agreement of the AGM of the Association.
